NJWA New Website and Members Portal
The New Jersey Water Association launched a redesigned website with more capabilities for phone and tablet users on January 1st, 2023. In addition to the website improvements, the association created several enhancements to our membership data management and training contact hours (TCH) tracking system.
For those who have been active members of our association in the past 2 years the primary contact for the systems was sent a "Welcome" email to activate their account. Once completed the member can update their Contact Information, view Billing Info, and view the past training they have registered for (starting on January 1st, 2023) and attended. The member can also view/print a "Certificate of Completion" for the course.
Future enhancements in development for members:
- Mobile app (Android & IOS). Register for training and events via the mobile app.
- Check in to registered training and events via a QR code.
- Query Associate Members (vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers) based on location, products, and solutions
- Upload images and documents (e.g. Water/Wastewater Licenses)
- Members Only web-based training for training contact hours.
- Digital Membership Cards
Memberships:
System Member: The rate is based on the number of connections in your system and includes one (1) contact, the "Primary Contact". This person will receive a "Welcome" email from our systems and they will be able to login after they set up their User Name and Password and have full membership privileges within the website. Additional employee memberships can be purchased for $30.00 each with a paid system membership. (Individual Employed By System Member)
Individual Not Employed By System Member Or Retired: This membership is for those that are not employed by a member system but are still involved in the water and wastewater industry and would like to have full membership privileges within the website.
